LAST YEAR, WE HELPED HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE

FEEL A MILLION TIMES BETTER.

BEING AN APPRENTICE CAN DO THAT.

From finance managers and painters to student nurses and trainee scientists, our apprentices get their careers off to a flying start when they join us after leaving school, sixth form colleges, or simply after wishing to pursue a change in direction. They are an excellent opportunity to earn, gain work experience and achieve nationally recognised qualifications at the same time.

Since our programme launched in 2013, we have supported more than 400 people onto apprenticeship programmes across 30+ different departments and directorates… and it works, with over 90% of all our apprentices going on to gain employment or further study.

WHAT HAPPENS AT THE END OF THE APPRENTICESHIP?

You may be offered permanent employment at the end of the apprenticeship period, or you can search for job vacancies on the NHS Jobs website. Some apprenticeships also allow you to gain UCAS points and can lead onto a university course. You should always check with the organisation that provides your apprenticeship for details.
