It’s all about giving you a “home base” that cuts out the long commute and puts you right where you need to be—with plenty of time left over for a well-deserved brew and some extra shut-eye.
Our residences across the Humber Health Partnership are designed specifically for the busy lives of our staff. Grimsby Accommodation
At the Diana, Princess of Wales Hospital in Grimsby The Roost accommodation block offers high quality, professional accommodation for medical students and key worker staff.
The Roost offers:

- Full maintenance, cleaning and wifi included
- Competitive rates which include utility bills and council tax
- Variable lengths of stay from one night upwards
We also offer On site Family Accommodation which is a 3 bed rooms house. The houses comes fully furnished with beds, bedding, sofas, coffee table, tv stand, fridge freezer. It will come supplied with kitchen utensils and cooking appliances as well as a washing machine. The Monthly cost will be £1,097.85 which is inclusive of all utilities such as: Water, Gas & Electric, However Council Tax is not included.

Scunthorpe Hospital On-Site Accommodation
Rooms
Single en-suite rooms are conveniently located across the road from the hospital. All rooms are fully furnished including furniture and bedding. There are shared cooking facilities with white goods, basic utensils and crockery. Laundry facilities are available on the ground floor. Free Wifi is available.
Flats
One and two bedroom flats are available across the road from the hospital or in the hospital grounds. All flats are self-contained and fully furnished including white goods and come complete with basic utensils, crockery and bedding. One bed flats comprise a double bedroom, kitchen, living room and shower room. Two bed flats have an additional single bedroom. The minimum tenancy period is six months with a maximum of 12 months (unless otherwise agreed) on an assured short hold tenancy basis and occupation is related to employment with the hospital trust. Council tax, and parking charges are payable for all flats and are not included in the rent.

Scunthorpe Accommodation - Elizabeth Row
This newly built state of the art Accommodation Building consists of 31 student units and 15 studio apartments and is situated in the town centre not far from the hospital providing comfortable and convenient accommodation.
Elizabeth Row accommodation is fully furnished, has basic kitchen utensils and is inclusive of bedding and a basic supply of towels and is a copy of The Roost Accommodation based in Grimsby for reference.
There is a laundry room located on the ground floor which contains cashless operated washers and dryers for you to use. It includes internet access via a wireless network. All parcels will be delivered to Scunthorpe Hospital Reception. Single Occupancy only.
